This is a breakdown of the FPS “Il Rosso e il Nero”, a multiplayer game I wrote, designed and level designed (plus some scripting for shaders). It’s the struggle between fascists and partisans during the last year of the second world war in Italy in Medal of Honor or Day of defeat style. The breakdown explains the general overview of the game, the game design and level design mechanics and a detailed level design description.
Here you can watch to a collage of works I partecipated as Producer, Vfx supervisor, Director, Art director and copywriter.
My work for this animation short included Art direction, character design and Lighting.
This is an animation short winner of “Suzanne Awards” in Amsterdam. I wrote it, directed it and art directed it.
It has an interview structure and explain how the information technology will affect the lives of people in the next few years. Characters are typical italian folks, such as an ugly advocate, an hysteric mom, a greenpeace rebel and the director of a Museum. All of them speak in dialect, also the Mona Lisa and The Cry of Munch.
